Asking about is my health report is OK?

Good morning Mrs. Thank you very much for helping the people out there I have one question if
you don’t mind helping me out. I am a 28 years old single man
I don’t drink and smoke at all never in all my life (Muslim) – I don’t do any exercise
I was diagnose with type 2 diabetes on the 7th of April 2016
and they say that I have a 6.8 HbA1C and I am 175 Cm tall and I weight 108 back in April
now my weight in 11-08-2016 is 103
my result before and now are like this:

We are not doctors, here.  however, from your results it looks like you have improved your diet and probably increased your exercise. Am I correct?

Are you on medications?  if you are not, medication such as metformin may be something you ask your doctor about.

Your blood sugar levels are still above normal (normal hba1c is < 5.0, though most doctors will consider < 5.7 is non-diabetic), but have improved.

Keep up your efforts.  Exercise, weight management.  Look into low carb eating (ie. Paleo style, mediteranean - without the bread, pasta and potatoes, new atkins etc).
