Bladder

Hi my name is George and i would like to know if anyone can answer me this. I go to the bathroom way too many times during the day for the number 2 (didnt know another way to say it). I was wondering if there is a way to stop this because its has become really too much for me. The thing is that i may have gone to the bathroom , lets say before i leave the house, but i start getting nervous because i might need to go again.. Anyway there are more variables that affect that but if anyone could give something like a list of foods wich will help my regularity it would be more that helpful.

I heartily endorse the comments of Zuelula and Waverider.

You need a medical evaluation from an M.D.

You are experiencing medical problems that no forum or chat board will resolve. Waiting and/or procrastinating will not make it go away, only makes your problem worse. Go see your doctor now before you end up in a hospital.

You say bladder but then you say #2. Your bladder controls urine. People usually mean defecate or " poop"  when they say #2. If you are urinating frequently that may be a sign of diabetes, but defecating would have nothing to do with it. You have posted on a diabetes forum. You might try a forum related to the digestive system or stomach or if it feels like a problem you need help with, talk to your doctor.
