Always post glucose level is high.Pl let me know why & how to reduce this.

If you are saying your BG is higher than it should be.  there are things to do.

1) reduce the carbohydrates in your diet.  Your body turns Carbs into BG  that is all carbs do is turn to blood sugar.   If your BG is high you dont need more BG so you dont need more carbs.

2) exercise  even walking a couple times a day will help.

I think you are saying when you test your BG (blood Sugar) the test meter says "HI"

If that is true!     you NEED to go to a MD or HOSPITAL  I cant stress that enough, that king of BG is very dangerous you are close to going into a coma.   That kind of BG will KILL you. you are close to "Ketoacidosis (DKA) " a FATAL reaction to high BG.
