Fanugreek seeds is the best to lower your BG...If your glucose is high use 6 tea spoon in the pot with hot water let it cool down..drink it like tea ...Do it twice a day morning and night...I guarantee you in a couple of days you can see the different in your BG...But don't go out and eat all sugaries stuff....Go to youtube and look it up...GOOD LUCK
a low carb high fat diet seemed to work great for me sense fat has no glycemic index and is also a great appetite suppressant it also helped with weight lose , off course you should go for the good natural fats like olive oil , coconut oil, avocado and things like that.
