a low carb high fat diet seemed to work great for me sense fat has no glycemic index and is also a great appetite suppressant it also helped with weight lose , off course you should go for the good natural fats like olive oil , coconut oil, avocado and things like that. Cutting out the carbs from the diet worked wonders, I hope this helps. Good luck.

Fanugreek seeds is the best to lower your BG...If your glucose is high use 6 tea spoon in the pot with hot water let it cool down..drink it like tea ...Do it twice a day morning and night...I guarantee you in a couple of days you can see the different in your BG...But don't go out and eat all sugaries stuff....Go to youtube and look it up...GOOD LUCK

If you are looking for some ways to lower your numbers, my advice would be to avoid the carbs as those can raise your numbers and work on getting 20 minutes exercise.  Staying hydrated with water can help a lot too.

Fiber can help keep your blood sugar stable. It slows your digestion, which allows for a more steady release of carbs into your bloodstream. Here's some advice from MedHelp.org and the Sugar Sense app on this topic.

You can find this in the app by going to the Health Guide from the menu in the upper left corner of the home screen, and toggling to the Eat Right section, then scrolling down.
