Cholesterol & Diabetese

I am 53, female, very overweight, my labs came back with the following;

Fasting Glucose:  111
Cholesterol:           122
Triglyceride:            213
HDL:                            56
LDL:                            23
Very Low Lipoprotein:  43

Does this mean I am a diabetic?  does this effect heart disease?  I have moderate aortic stenosis and some other health issues.

Research and start taking Alpha Lipoic Acid/diabetes and banaba leaf/diabetes.  If you are overweight have you had your thyroid checked?  If you lack nutrition, your body will crave foods.  Also, the American diet is very acidic.  Get some pH test strips and check.  The body being in an acidic state can cause all kinds of diseases.
