Cinnamon

Taking 500mg of cinnamon a day is this ok if I am a diabetic 2 person.

Yes, 500 milligram = 0.101 teaspoon [US]. For the past dozen or so years I consume on average  ¼ - ½ tsp daily. Doesn't do much with lowering/controlling my glucose levels but does stabilize/regulate blood pressure.
