Diabetes adult type 2

How can I lower my blood sugar to a safe level of below 130.  Also, after taking my med. why does my count still remain high, what am I doing wrong.

Hi are you watching your diet?  I am having the same problem and I know that I have been eating too much sugar and carbs.  I have to get it back under control.  Do you know what your A1C is? That would give you a good idea of how you are doing over all.  It is also possible, if you are watching your diet that you require more medication to help you.
