I would like to know why I'm feeling so low, could it be my sugar levels? I'm not on medication.

control what? you have no bench mark ,have no way to mesure have no way to see if your improving. EXCEPT how you feel. I got news for you peaple feel fine up until they have such bad neropathy that they loose there feet or loose sight and go to the MD to find out why. then they find they have uncontrolled BG. without testing BG you know jack you learn jack.
No, I am trying to control it without doing any tests.
