Heart Rehab
I had a heart attack two months ago.  I was prescribed Plavix and 325 mg of aspirin once a day.  I started rehab today was refused the session because I am a type two and my number was 326.  Before I ventured out today I also took  2 Aleve.  Did the Aleve up my 326 number?  My numbers have never been this high.

Hi there!

Aleve is unlikely to result in elevated blood sugar level though these could be related to stress in the current situation and may require change in medication doses for a short period to maintain blood sugar levels. I would suggest consulting your treating endocrinologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
