How do I overcome dr. bias to get an accurate diagnosis

I have just had an emg/nerve conduction study and the doctor was clearly biased.  There are multiple symptoms that may point to something else.  Yes.. I know that diabetes contributes to this... I am tired of being misdiagnosed at every turn in my life.  Perhaps someone has some idea of how i should approach this?   Or could someone suggest a test that might help? Maybe a list of the symptoms might help.
I have spondolitis on the c5 vertebra and it's in the later stage.
spondothesis on L4
a double spina biffia occulta on L5
diabetes type 2
auto accident in 2003 which resulted in a major injury to my arm with bruises on abdomen
difficulty in swallowing
dizzyness/ballance issues (new after accident... very good balance before)
chronic edema over L4 area (emg/nerve conduction confirmed nerve damage there)
extreme pain in feet
pain in upper thorasic followed immediately by body jerk.
when I was on metformin/glucophage, i had chronic (24x7) diarreah
now that i am not on any meds for diabetes, i have chronic constipation.
itchy back for two years (so that there are usually welts all over)
butcher's broom herb, which is for circulation, helps more than anything else.
a weak aortal valve that i was born with. (i was a premie)

I am suspecting that one or more of three things are the culprit... damage to intestines from chronic (5 years) diarreah, circulation problems, malabsorption (diabetes related).

Help?  Suggestions please.
Coo

go to a different town and don't tell then you have diabetes and see what the doctors say,
even just a different hospital. I have done this and it has worked for my, not everything is caused by diabetes.good luck!

Since the answer to that seems obvious to me, I figure that we are either having some sort of misunderstanding... or something less favorable is going on here.  In either case, it's probably best if we didn't deal with each other.

There doesn't appear to be anything constructive here.  If you want to know specifics, fine.  But, to harangue me about your choice to be offended won't produce a positive response from me.

"I have just had an emg/nerve conduction study and the doctor was clearly biased."
That's difficult for us to determine when the results are not posted. Besides, didn't you watch the monitor during the test or ask for a print out and /or obtain an electronic file of the test? Go get a second or third opinion if you feel the testing doctor was "biased".

"Yes.. I know that diabetes contributes to this..."
What is "this"?

Obvious by your symptoms you have seen multiple doctors, but where? Have you gone to a major teaching hospital for analysis? These are normally found on or near major college universities and where the experts practice medicine.
