I need answer please

Hi everyone ...I came from the Dr yesterday and I was told i have Diabetic Neuropathy ..the Dr gave me Glumetza 500mg and Lyrica 75 mg...is anyone out there taking any of these meds..and if so ...is there any bad side affects ? Thanks for the answer .....Judy

Try posting this on the "Ask an Expert Forum" where Dr Ramsetty moderates. Try to be more specific when explaining your symptoms;
Are your pains sharp and agonizing, dull, feel like needle pricks, and so on? Do they all feel the same? Can you still move around or are the pains severe enough to make you sit down? How long do they last? Do they come on anytime of day or night or after certain types of activities? Be exact and do not exaggerate your problems. You may want ask to Dr what type of medical specialist she would recommend.

If you know anything about diabetic neuropathy can you tell me ..is it normal to have it all over the body ..i have pain in my lower calfs lower back ..arms..fingers. and sometimes in the neck and around my left breast..how can you have neuropathy in all those places...getting scared in ohio ..Judy
