How low is low?
Are you on insulin or medication?
A light snack, combining some fat and protein with the carb should help.
A diabetic should eat several times a day instead of the three to maintain a good glucose level and to keep their sugars from spiking or dropping. Going for long periods without eating causes one's blood sugar to drop. If this is your case, I agree with the above post, eat a light and healthy snack.
Bedtime snack!
Seriously.
A lot has to do with what you have eaten, and the amount of medication and/or insulin you take. If it's dropping too low, you need to address this with your doctor.
