im going out of my mind with worry, got a fasting blood test tomorrow, for diabetes im scared stiff of what it means and all the complications of health it can cause, ive also to top it off now got a kidney infection so feeling really run down and need some encouragement or reasuring of what happens now
So have you received your blood sugar fasting results yet? I hope all was normal.
Exercise, watch your food intake and take your medications. Controlling the glucose level is the way for us to control our diabetes.
Having diabetes is not the end of the world. It does not mean you will get complications (complications happen from NOT taking control of diabetes and running high BG (over 136))
