Question About My Health

Hello, So I am diabetes type 2 and my weight is 112 KG, Height is 182CM, I am 16 almost 17 Years old.
So I am overweight and I know it, I started I diet 1 month ago and its going good, I lost 5 KG so far.
And recently my doctor and parents said that my blood pressure is high? So I am getting around
145/80 - 150/95 Blood Pressure,  I want to know if this really is high and whats causing this?

Your blood pressure is high due to you being overweight and diabetes can impair circulation too. You should consider a low salt diet if you are not already on it, and drink plenty of water (no sodas or fruit juices unless your blood sugar level is below 70.)

exercise will also help with your blood pressure. You should walk about 30 minutes for at least 3 times a week. Just be sure to check your blood glucose levels before you walk and to have a sugary snack with you just in case you feel symptoms of your blood sugar dropping.

Hi,

normal blood pressure is typically less than 120 / 80.  So you are a bit high.

Losing weight (are you eating lower carb or just restricting calories), and taking some regular daily exercise (even walking) should also help with managing this.
