I didnt know which topic to choose, I am a diabetic now for 6 years >I take metmorphinm 500 no insulin, I have moved to costa rica and have had this problem happen to me twice in the last month, can t seem to get a diagnosis from doctors here, I am not allergic to anything, my face on my right side has swolled up that I feel my eye is being swallowed by my face, and it goes away in 3 days without any medication, I dont know why this is happening or what caused it, didnt eat anything out of the ordinary, I have been a bit stressed and depressed.

It sure sounds like an allergy.  You can live for 50 years and have no allergies and bang right out of no where you get allergic to something.  The thing about allergic reactions however is, each episode tends to get worse, and you could have your throat swell shut, so please keep note of what you eat and drink, have you taken aspirin?  To be safe I would get some benadryl to have in case....
