You can find this in the app by clicking the menu button in the upper left of the home screen, selecting Health Guide, and exploring the Eat Right section.
Erythritol it's not cheap but there is definitely no aftertaste even my husband who is a sugar fiend will eat it and not realise
My sister uses raw honey, but that too will spike your blood glucose levels. I'd try to find a coffee that you enjoy without having to add sugar if you can't get around the aftertaste of Stevia.

Hi. You can also try no sugar. Once you get used too that you honestly won't miss it.
After using Sweet and Low for years I cant stand the aftertaste of sugar.
