Sugar substitutes

Does anyone know of any sugar substitutes that don't have an aftertaste? Even Steva and Splenda have that aftertaste. I'm using raw sugar (2 tsp) right now for morning coffee because I can't find anything else right now. I even tried coconut palm sugar but figured it's just the same as using raw sugar. Any advice would be super. Thanks!

Here's some information from MedHelp.org and the Sugar Sense app on artificial sweeteners. It doesn't cover the taste, but we do provide info on how these sweeteners affect your carb intake. Here's hoping you find something that works for you!

You can find this in the app by clicking the menu button in the upper left of the home screen, selecting Health Guide, and exploring the Eat Right section.

My sister uses raw honey, but that too will spike your blood glucose levels.  I'd try to find a coffee that you enjoy without having to add sugar if you can't get around the aftertaste of Stevia.

Hi.  You can also try no sugar. Once you get used too that you honestly won't miss it.
