Too much Blood Sugar Level Fluctuations

Hi:

I am a 38 years old male diagnosed with diabetese. Since last few days I have been monitoring my sugar levels. In the morning pre meals it was 93 & then post meal it was 255. Yesterday post meal was 158. Befor that post meal was 141.

I am not tensed but am concerned in this fluctuation.

i take Metforman 500mg twice a day for diabetes II.  Today after I took the dose my sugar level was 138. I ate went for a walk and took my sugar again because I was feeling light headed.  It was 70.  Should my sugar  fluctuate that much as a Diabetic II patient

It depends how long after a meal.  

Normal results 2 hours after a meal 140-160 is perfect.
                                                    160-180 okay. Not perfect but okay.

Anything above 180 is too high.
