Very insulin resistant!!
I recently switched to concentrated U500 insulin, because it is suppose to work better for diabetics with insulin resistance.  I am still having trouble with high BS.  A lot of times it is like I never took the insulin.  I count the carbs & take the insulin to cover them, but my BS do not respond accordingly!   I work behind a computer 9 hrs/day M-F, but try to get up and move several times during that time.  Any suggestions?

eat fewer carbs, AND take less insulin.

I am on insulin and I eat under 80 gr of carbs a day,  else I have to take sooooooo much insulin.
