Hi!
If you have type 1diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders kidney or liver disease, then you should avoid Victoza. Also, you must first find out whether you are unable to lose weight due to anemia, low thyroid function, polycystic ovary, adrenal gland dysfunction etc. If you do not have any of these problems, then yes, you can try the drug. However, please discuss these issues with your doctor first. Hope this helps. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history.
