everything WaveRider posted is important.  I would also ask if you are on any meds for cholesterol ("statins" like Lipitor, etc)... cuz if you are, that tired feeling *could* be a side-effect, and a potentially serious side-effect... no matter what, feely cruddy is reason enough to call your doc's office and ask about it... if your doc is not available, ask for a nurse, cuz a nurse can almost always help you and/or get you access to your doc more quickly...

"when i take my blood test from my doctor everything is fine."
Meaning your glucose levels? What about testing at home? What are your prandial [b4 meal] and postprandial [after meal] test results? The human body is constantly changing. What you ate last month, six months ago, or last year that didn't effect your glucose level may today. In your case, you need to test and test often to rule out any foods and liquids contributing to your problem. [see #4 below]

It's apparent that you're trying to do everything possible to control your diabetes so here are some other causes that you should discuss with your doctor:
1. Anemia
2. Underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism)
3. Caffeine overload
4. Food Intolerances
5. Sleep Apnea
6. Undiagnosed Heart Disease

To answer your question, yes it can happen. But that depends on your type of medication, diet/nutrition, physical exercise, and how your often/when you test your glucose levels. This would include what was discussed during your last regular scheduled checkup with your doctor's office. That is information you didn't give us.
