dibetic II Blood transfusion
If I get a blood transfusion will it benefit my dibetic II problem. Wouldn't this cure the dibetic condition? If not why? Would my new blood eventually become dibetic?  Has this been tried before?

Hi,

diabetes is not a disease of the blood and so blood transfusion will not help.

Diabetes Type II is a disease of resistance by the body's cells to insulin and also affects the pancreas which cannot provide enough insulin to control blood sugar.

It is helped by maintaining ideal weight, regular (best is daily) exercise, and a lower carb (whole food) diet. Medication may be required if lifestyle measures cannot control blood sugar.
