Hello,
the approach to control it by diet and exercise is as follows:-
1. You need to optimise your body weight. IF you are overweight you need to lose weight.
2. You need to exercise ideally at least 30 to 60 minutes each day. This does not have to be very intense, but should be moderate effort. Best is if you can exercise for 30 minutes after each meal.
3. Reduce your carbohydrate intake. No sweets, no soft drinks, limited rice, pastas, bread and fruits. Eat mostly good quality protein and non-starchy vegetables.
If you can't control it with diet and exercise you may need to take medication as well. 136 fasting is really quite high, and your post meals must be much higher.
Don't ignore this. It must be well managed or you will have many complications in a few years. Work with your doctors.
