Hello. I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulty. Can you please send our app support team an email? Tap on the 3 short horizontal lines in the upper left of the app, scroll down, and tap on Support. You can then send them an email, and please include the details of what's happening. This will enable them to take a look at your data and help you further. The App support team is great and will do their utmost to help you. Thanks!
