Fasting blood sugars between 100 and 125 are considered pre-diabetes. 126 and over are diabetes.

I am still learning as  you are , same thing happened to me and your blood sugar level is less, mine was 112 and they said I wasnt Diabetic,I have found information here and from the other threads, scroll down, also I have googled for more input. .It sounds like your sugar level did drop and I have had that it can cause the symptoms you have described I believe its called hypoglycemia .,perhaps you hadnt eaten  enough that day .There are many books out there to help. Good Luck it is scary until you get more facts .

the doctors in the hospital told me i had it  was low 60
my doctor told me my sugar level was 102 , before the test didn't ate anything so it shouldn't be in this range

"then they told me i had low sugar"
Tell us who "they" is. When was the test performed - before or after you ate?

"now my sugar is 102 is prediabetis"
How did you find this out?

"i want to known if i am developing diabetes"
You symptoms indicate you are. You also may have other health issues. You need to see a doctor and get tested for diabetes along with a CBC [complete blood check].
