Nausea after eating can be caused by low stomach acid. Try taking a spoon of apple cider vinegar just before you eat. If it works you have your diagnosis. Often people ascribe any sort of indigestion to acidity and take an antacid, which makes it worse.

Have you seen your Health Care provider yet?  Three months of nausea merits a visit - soon, very soon - for a check up. With a diabetic and gastric problems you have to think about gastroparesis but could be a lot of different things.  http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/gastroparesis/

Three months of nausea after eating is easily 87 days too many. Hope you feel better very soon.
