The only disagreement I have is that the injections seem to be less painful in the fat a few inches to either side of the belly button when the needle is quickly inserted at an angle, rather than at ninety-degrees, as shown in most of the video presentations. Washing the site with alcohol is recommended, but if you don't have a swab the liklihood of infection is small.
