swelling of hands, Itchy palms and bottoms of feet

I have had really good levels for the last week , right at perfect and then all of a sudden my palms and bottoms of my feet have started to itch and my hands are tight and swollen. The hands go numb at night. I am courious, Maybe this has something to do with my body getting use to the new levels?

No, I don't think so.  You need to call your doctor about these new symptoms.  They may not even be related to your diabetes, but you need to know what is causing them.
