with diabetes if your under weight exercise to much and don't eat much and refuse to take metformin are there sercious problems

even without diabetes, if you are underweight, exercise too much and don't eat there can be serious problems....death comes to mind from too much stress on the heart.  If you have diabetes and refuse the metformin, yeh...lots of serious problems.  Beyond the fact that eating disorders can kill, uncontrolled diabetes can lead to blindness, loss of limbs, death.

So....after reading your previous posts and this one...I guess my question is, do you want to live?  

Part of controlling diabetes is eating the right foods, the right portions, at the right times.  It is important for us to keep our glucose levels  on a fairly even keel.  No spiking.  If you aren't eating, that is just as bad as eating too much....
