vertigo and diabetes
i have severe vertigo that usually last between 3-4 days and it associated with nauscea but no passing out
could this be cause by diabetes? I am 27 years old I am overweight 240 lbs 5'9
I have always had problems with my balance and almost on a daily basis i feel nausceas and tired and dizzy

You really need to see a doctor ASAP for analysis and treatment of your nausea, lack of energy, and dizziness.  There's more going on with you than a "possible" association with diabetes. If the doctor finds you have diabetes, he/she will educate you on proper nutrition and exercise along with starting you on medication to help control your blood sugar. Make an appointment today.
