Is this Insulin Resistance?
My sister's age is 9 yrs. Her weight is 49 kg. Fasting Insulin = 28.86 uU/mL.
Fasting glucose = 89 mg/dL.
Is this normal?
If not then plz suggest me necessary action

IRS would have to be diagnosed by your sister's pediatric specialist.  There are more factors to consider than just these two lab results in order for a diagnosis of IRS to be made.
