the fasting of 103 is just marginally higher than normal. the 116 2 hours after eating is normal.
Suggest you take lifestyle measures to be sure that you maintain normal situation. This includes avoiding processed and sweetened foods, lower carb eating (unprocessed and plenty of veges is ideal, along with quality protein), regular exercise, and keeping weight at optimum level.
thanks for your advice.one thing i want to ask you that i am taking my meals without any sugar materials. i am taking medicine Formin 500SR one tab daily. then why l am loosing weight regularly. now a days my weight is 64 kg.
