The question is two parts:
1. I was diagnosed as being pre diabetic with 104 fasting blood sugar but every time I go to the gym, 10 minutes later, I start to get anxiety which leads to panic. How can I fix that?
2. Also for being pre diabetic what do you recommend to eat prior to the gym so the blood sugar cannot drop quickly knowing that I cannot eat (wheat, oats, barley, rye, whole grains) so I do not pass out?
