DIABETIC NUMBER READINGS

I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT NUMBER IS CONSIDERD HIGH IF A PERSON HAS NEVER HAD DIABETES AND THINK THAT THERE SUGAR MIGHT BE TO HIGH? I DONT KNOW WHAT A NORMAL READING WOULD BE.

For all people, normal is as follows:
fasting for atleast 8 hours: less than 100mg/dL
Within 2 hours after a meal: less than 140mg/dL

There are some in between values that are considered pre-diabetes, but those are the absolute normals listed above.
