Having HBS right now!!??

Having it in the 260s right now and need some types to bring it down. I don't know how because I'm a "non-diabetic" and I bought myself a meter and now I test it. I was at a party and ate 4 Popsicles and 2 slices of cake I'm no obese either. So does anyone have any tips!?
