It is random when it gose up and down i check my sugars every two. hours and not changing what my md told me it still shoots up to like 160 or down in the 70 they r want to put me on inseline i just want to know if perhaps there is anything else to do

160 is a little high  in the 70's is fine (I dont know if being pregnant means they want higher BG).

what effect BG  and how
hormones  ( yours are probly all over the place) , up or down BG
exercise,  lowers  BG
carbohydrates,  raise BG

make a chart

time .............  BG.......... crabs eaten........... exercise

one item per line you might see a correlation ,  BG is usually not "random" you just haven't found the cause of the fluctuations ...yet
