Low Blood sugar

In think my husband has low blood sugar.  He is about 60lbs. over weight or more.  He has these attacks, where he gets white as a sheet light headed and sleepy.  I give him something to eat and he feels better in a short time.
What are the systems of low blood sugar?

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Has your husband seen his doctor about this issue?  While low blood sugar could possible be a cause (or high blood sugar), there are a number of other possibilites (including some heart related ones) that should be looked into as well.  Your husband should see his primary care physician for a physical and some blood work to look into this.  Good luck.
