Hello! My mom has been feeling super hot for quite some time now (inside her body, not outside really) and been very dehydrated. Last week she started hurting all over with a pins and needles feeling. Some times it is worse and some times it feels a lot better. She said she felt this a long time ago and it went away. Not sure what it is because it happens when her BS numbers are lower or higher. Not sure what it is and thought someone might have some advice. Thank you! GOD bless<
I am assuming that your mom is a diabetic- you do not specifically say that she is. Did your mom discuss these symptoms with her doctor? Diabetics sometimes experience nerve pain (neuropothy). This could be what your mother is experiencing. There are treatments and medications for this if that is the case. There are also a host of other possible causes including vitamin deficiency, pinched nerves, etc that could also cause this type of symptom. It would be best if your mom discuss this with your primary care doctor who knows her personally and can help you get to the bottom of this. Good luck.
