high sugars

my sugars are always high whethter i eat right or if i cheat. i take my medicine and i have no side effects or any reactions

I think that if your sugars are remaining high, then your medications need to be adjusted. Not everyone responds to the same medications or even the same doses, so yours definitely need to be adjusted.
Keep watching your diet but speak to your doctor soon about this so that your medications can be increased and/or changed . Let's get those sugars into a better range before too long.
