can low blood sugar cause a black out for a few seconds ? I have never experienced this b/4. This happened at 4 pm when normally my glucose is approx 92 to 98

Hi,
Low blood sugar can most definitely cause you to pass out. It can also lead to seizures, brain damage and possibly death if the blood sugar stays very low for too long. However this usually occurs with blood sugars less than 40, and most often less than 30. If your blood sugar was up in the 90's this is not likely the cause of the black out. Either way, please speak with your doctor soon about this so that other causes can be evaluated(cardiac etc) and I strongly suggest not driving until you get this all sorted out.
