Parkinson’s disease. He has had a battery of test and they have drained the fluids just to have the fluid come back again. This has been going on for 3 weeks without any answers in site. He is in a small town hospital, and a group home. I'm wondering if he should be transferred to the big city hospital and if medicare will pay for it. Any suggestions on why would be helpful.
