On my CT Scan Abd & Pelvic it shows fatty liver infiltration ( I have elevated liver enzymes) no mass samall celiac chain lymph nodes are seen largest is 5mm then it shows rt cardiophrenic lymphs nodes largest is 3mm small para-aortic lymph nodes are recognized i am also post cholecystectomy, present are shoddy upper abdominal lymph nodes. In layman term what does this all mean
