ok but can someone have Crohn's disease without the classic symptoms?

I agree that there may be a connection between oral sores and Crohn's disease.
ANCA negative but ASCA positive can be present in Crohn's disease, and further evaluation may be warranted.
This can include imaging to look at the small bowel, such as a small bowel series, as well as additional antibody tests, like the anti-OmpC antibody.
