Chronic Nausea....Please Help

I am a 19 year old female, average weight. I have always had a sensitive stomach, never being able to tolerate large quantities of food or alcohol of any sort.
My current symptoms are debilitating to me. It has been about two months since they started. They are as follows, in order of significance:
1) Chronic Nausea, comes and goes throughout the day, notably worse in the late night/early morning hours and often awakes me from sleeping. I am rarely hungry, I just simply eat because I know that I need to. This happens everyday.
2) Fatigue and Malaise....I have most my energy in the morning, and within a couple of hours of light activity I am exauhsted, despite 8+ hours of sleep. I also generally have a feeling of being not well, such as slight muscle aches and a slight headache.
3) At night I can hear my pulse in my head, and I get hot flashes and a minute later I will be cold. I have had 2 or 3 low grade fevers since these symptoms have started, but they usually resolve in a couple hours.
4) Palpatations(Chest fluttering), a couple times a day, lasting 5-10 seconds each.
5) Frequent urination, without increased fluid intake.
6) Gradual shortening of menstrual cycle. Before this started I was every 28 days, then when I got sick it shortened to 27, and now to 24 days apart. My menstrual cramps have always been painful, but I was never irregular.
I have been in the hospital 5 times in the past month due to my intolerance to these symptoms. I have had an EKG, CT Scan of the head, and an MRI/MRA all came back normal. I had a CT abdomen/pelvis which was normal except for a left ovarian cyst and a small amount of free fluid surrounding it. They didnt think this caused any of my symptoms since i didnt have any pain. My blood tests were fine except for slightly low potassium. Urine showed no pregnancy and slightly elevated bilirubin and ketones. They saw this as insignificant as well. I have no idea what is wrong with me and im willing to take any suggestions.

wow pretty close symptoms but i'm having IBS like issues but I also found out I was chronically low in potassium.  I'm taking potassium pills right now...

currently i'm researching candida type infections (since I was on mass antibiotics) or maaaybe SIBO type infections for me but I hope you find answers and if you do post again and tell us what you found out.  I'd go to a GI specialist for sure and do a upper gi series workout just like he said.

A GI referral should be sought.

You have had a pretty comprehensive evaluation for the nausea, with the CT scans and MRI, but I would consider an upper endoscopy to further evaluate the symptoms.  This can exclude upper GI causes, including anatomical abnormalities or a mass.

More specialized tests can include a 24-hr pH study or a gastric emptying scan to exclude GERD or gastroparesis respectively.

The other symptoms, such as the frequent urination and palpitations, are outside the scope of this forum, and can be asked in the urology and cardiology forums respectively.

The aforementioned GI tests should be discussed with a gastroenterologist.
