Digestive Enzymes?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any advice or feedback on any brands of Digestive Enzymes they have taken or have heard good things on.  I was recommended one by Enzymedica, but don't know enough about it.  Thanks!

Any idea if Acid Ease helps with gastritis, no reflud?

I bought some today, actually. The one I purchased is not the probiotic kind, as I need to look into that type with the live microflora, etc.  I'd like to be careful of what types of organisms I'm introducing into my sytem.

I purchased Acid-Ease by Prevail.  Either I'm having a spontaneously good day or it has actually helped me. I felt an immediate calming, i.e., the intense contractions I get (non-hiccup, hiccups) after eating, pretty much stopped. It's very fast acting. I'm quite pleased (and surprised).

I also picked up an interesting bronchial formula to help my coughing from aspiration of acid.

What are you trying?
