Eosinophilic translation?

My biopsy results just came in and I was wondering if someone could translate this

Eosinophilic esophagitis with reactive hyperplasia and eosinophilia. Greater than 20 eosinophils per high power field.

Hi!
In layman’s language eosinophilic esophagitis means you have allergic esophagitis (inflammation of the food pipe). This allergic reaction is manifested in terms of the eosinophil counts (a type of white blood cell). The allergic reaction probably starts to a particular food and draws in esosinophils at the site of allergic reaction. This causes heartburn, difficulty in swallowing and in severe cases food getting impacted in the food pipe (in this stage strictures form in esophagus thus narrowing the lumen).
The first step is to identify the allergen by an allergy test. You could also log in what you eat and see what triggers the symptoms. Also, you can recall and see if a particular food type causes more problems than others. The main treatment is to avoid the identified allergen completely.
Then steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs are given. If there are strictures then this would need mechanical dilatation. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

Also just found out that my Eosinophils have been elevated since May. So my throat has been Red since the end of April and my bloodwork used a 1-5 scale for the normal reference range, my result was a 9.  

If you could help give me an idea of what im dealing with or which direction to go from here I"d appreciate it.
- I've also been short of breath, having chest pains and difficulty digesting food since May, and apparently crazy muscle spasms/twitches since July all over body (this is after mild exercise http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x13ekyk_pulse-after-20-pushups_lifestyle)

Usually food, but yes, mold allergy is possible too.

One more question though. Does it have to be a food allergy or could it be an environmental allergy (I've had suspicions about there being mold in my apartment for awhile)
