Fishy

Hey,

I have been using a colon cleanser since sunday night, the reason for this is I have noticed a very foul fishy smell in my stool and in my colon.  It's uneasy to remove, in fact it's very noticeable after I cleanse still.  It's not due to the colon cleanse.  I'm not sure how to fix this, I have stopped eating meat since Monday, althought it's really hard to cut back on cheese and bread,  what should i stay away from food wise, and how can i cover and remove this fishy stench.  I have also tried chlorophyll tablets and that was a waste of money.  I should mention that I belive I have hemroids too.  I show signs of IBS.  REally what can I eat, what can't i eat, and what's causing this, and what can remove this, are my questions?

thanks

I urge you to look at a very good website, about EnteroLab, a non-profit lab run by a great doctor (MD), named Dr. Kenneth Fine, M.D.

You could send them a STOOL SAMPLE, and find out what foods you may be allergic to, sensitive to, intolerant of, etc.

This can help you to know which foods to avoid, that may be causing your digestive problems.

But, it's also good to be checked by a good Gastro-enterologist, too, to find out if something else is going on, that is easy to fix, but that needs to be diagnosed.

Good luck. Here's a link to Dr. Fine's helpful website:
