Gall Stones

What can you eat on any given day, if you have been diagnosed with gall stones, but other than the one flair up you are doing OK.  Can you have a cup of coffe, no sugar a splash of milk,  Can you have a cold diet soda?  Can you have all types of fruit?
Can you have a bagel with a smear of lite butter?  The list can go on and on.  Maybe I should better ask what should I totally eliminate, and what should I only have occasionaly?  Can anyone recomend a good book on this subject?  Thanks in advance for you time.

The key thing to cut out is "fat".  Anything with fat will trigger a response from your gall bladder.  Find low fat foods to eat and your gallbladder will love you.  Also avoid anything with caffine in it.  Coffee, coke, chocolate, etc. should be avoid if possible.

I have gallstones and problems with my gallbladder and it's true you should eat low-fat. I drink only decaf coffee...tastes the same to me and I drink peppermint tea at night. Info I received says it may reduce and/or eliminate gallstones. Probably not...wouldn't that be just too easy?! But, I'm doing it anyway...and lots of water!I stay away from hi-acid fruit, especially apples and apple juice, believe it or not, it is very high in acid.

Anything that produces gas should be avoided too. I also exercise more because that aids the digestive tract. Biking and walking. Hope you feel better!

Hi,

To eliminate Gall Stones, without surgery,is not a big issue.
I did it and it works, and not only me.
So just relax.
I don't have time right now to write but I will tell you how.
All natural.

Gallstones can be removed without surgery, etc.  Go to the library and get Dr. Hudda Clarks book "A Cure for All Disease."  I did a liver cleanse and removed about 100 small stones. In fact if you use www.askjeeves.com and type in liver cleanse you will get all sorts of information on removing stones without surgery.

I did the gall-bladder cleanse.  It worked!  It is natural.  Too bad I kept having pain, and they removed my innocent gall-bladder anyway.....at my request.  Do everything you can to keep your gall-bladder.
