Gastroparesis specialists, where?

My daughter has Idiopathic GP and we are trying to find out whom to see. Our local Gastroenterologist suggested the Mayo Clinic or the University of Colorado, Denver medical center (which is close by).  I have also heard about the pacer work at Temple and that Johns Hopkins is also active in this area.

Can anyone provide a short list (5-10) of the top specialists/clinics currently working on Idiopathic Gastroparesis?

Thanks!
