Get you blood oxygen level checked as well as your home for Carbon Monoxide.  Check out www.coheadquarter.com and www.carbonmonoxidekills.com   It's worth a try as I too suffered and no medications helped.  Thought I had a terminal illness that the Drs couldn't find for the past 1 1/2 yrs.  Turns out to be chronic co2 poisioning.  An elbow on the flu of the furnace and hot water heater was disconnected and all carbon monoxide was being released in the attack.  Won't hurt to check it out!

I would suggest getting a GES(Gastric Emptying Study) to see if you could possibly have Delayed Gastric Emptying aka Gastroparesis.  Your doctor already has you on one of the medications for Gastroparesis.

I would try some anti nausea medications like Compazine or one of the others out there to see if that would help ease your nausea.

Do your symptoms occur after eating or do they occur all the time?
