A little bit of blood often indicates an internal hemmoroid or fissue which has been irritated by pressure. A LOT of blood could mean some other problems, perhaps with your colon. Anyway you go, you should still have a doctor checked it out. Men sometimes have an additional reason that they might bleed and it needs to be evaluated if you have been having bleeding all the time. And only a doctor can check it for you or order the blood tests for you.
